Yamaha FJ1200 3CV rebuild

My father managed to get his hands on a Yamaha FJ1200 3CV (1988 to 1990). The bike had not been used very often for about 10 years. Although this did not damage any major parts of the engine or important panels. The bike was in solid condition, but did need a bit of TLC! It took us roughly 4 months, with dedication and long nights we turned it around faster than expected! Paintwork is completely original apart from the rear silver where we had to fix a crack. Tuning wise, added extra's include:
-Beowulf Exhausts
-K&N Filter
-Iridium plugs
These helped bring some life into the old girl! The engine now runs as smooth as ever and gears change with ease. It does run best on 4T 20W50 motorbike oil. It does use a little bit more than it should, but that's because I use it as a daily commuter! She has given no troubles and has a lot more poke than one would expect!
Lastly I would just like to give a special thanks to my father. Without him this would have never happened! Love you old man.
