Mr Cummings claimed the Prime Minister said he would rather see "bodies pile high" than impose a third lockdown. The Health Secretary Matt Hancock has also denied allegations he lied to the public about COIVD-19 in care homes. Europe correspondent Samantha Hawley reports from London.
