HEB Wagyu Inside Skirt Steaks - Fajitas at SAPO BBQ KAMADO

Well I finally located some Wagyu Fajitas on accident. they were $9.99/lb so I bought them. Rubbed the up with TXQ RUBS 210 ECHALE!!!! Great seasoning. Smoked them with B & B Lump Charcoal and these Wooden Rectangles I acquired from a friend. All link below if you are interested.
These are the best inside shirt steaks I have ever smoked. Only took 10 minutes too... I didn't use a Inkbird thermometer either. HEB has some of the best meats in the butcher shop area. All the other meats are mainly select....
