MY CURRENT TRAINING SPLIT FOR BUILDING MUSCLE

In this video we start of with my habitual pre workout meal:) then we dwell into the main topic. My current training split for getting strong and putting on muscle. I talk about why I like this split so much, and why you might consider it aswell. Imo this is generally the best training split for building muscle (for intermediates). Hope you enjoy this video!
