Will it run?!? Mystery engine!! World's worst race car engine in my run stand!

In this video Chinstrap and I attempt to get an early 80's G-Body Malibu 305 small block Chevrolet engine running that came in a sedan that he bought as a parts car in order to use the automatic transmission pieces in his squarebody C10 build (that's shown in other videos on my the channel!). We knew nothing about this engine other than it turned over and that it was the 5.0 liter. Other than swapping in an earlier HEI distributor, having the timing off 180 degrees and installing a fuel pump and some vacuum plugs it fired off seamlessly. This turned a basically scrap engine nobody wanted into something Chin could sell to recoup some of his investment. It sold for $300 in less than a week!
