I have put together few simple and effective #warmup exercises that you can perform every time before you start working out.
These 20 exercises are specially chosen to #warm-up your body from 'Head to Toe' and to avoid any sort of injuries before you get yourself into your training session.

2. Shoulder Rotation (Set of 10)
3. Arm Movement (Set of 10)
4. Self Hug (Set of 10)
5. Arm Rotation – One by one (Set of 10)
6. Arm Rotation - Both Hands (Set of 10)
7. Wrist Movement (Set of 10), Wrist Rotation (Set of 10)
8. Torso Twists (Set of 10)
9. Standing Crunches (Set of 10)
10. Hip Rotation (Set of 10)
11. Body Circles (Set of 10)
12. Lower back Movement (Set of 5)
13. Oblique Stretches (Set of 5)
14. Cross Toe Touch (Set of 20)
15 High Knees (Set of 10)
16. Butt Kickers (Set of 10)
17. Side Leg raise (Set of 10)
18. Foot rotation (Set of 10)
19. Jumping Jacks (Set of 10)
20. Butterfly (Set of 20)
