Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia defends relations with President Kenyatta after election petition

Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia says he has no other relationship with president Uhuru kenyatta apart from being his lawyer in two election petitions. He has told JSC commisioners in interviews for the CJ post that he is not a political project but only guided by the law. Ngatia who pleaded his case before the commission said he would defend the independence of the judiciary and would not be coerced to make favorable decisions.
