Part 2 - Investing in Panama (going into business)

A few brief updates, then I discuss what I consider critical to anyone interested in starting a business venture in Panama. My comments are not meant to attract you to the idea or repel you, only to stress the basic approach that works best for most people. It is not a walk in the park, but that is true everywhere.
