Samsung ice maker not working (froze up) easy fix

This won't fix this manufacturers defect long term, however after 3-4 minutes it will be all cleared out and have to making ice! I've done the defrosting cycles, etc. Just a waste of time and makes a mess. This will get it done in a few minutes. It doesn't matter what you replace with new parts as you'll just keep having this problem again. Just do this when it stops making ice or even better yet, check it every few weeks and maintain it. I'll NEVER buy a Samsung with this style of ice maker ever again! There should be a class action lawsuit.
