High-Protein Apple Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
• 90g HD Whey Protein (vanilla or unflavored works best)
• 0.25 cup (60ml) Almond Milk, unsweetened
• 100g Greek Yogurt, plain, 0% fat
• 5g Xanthan Gum
• 270g Apple (peeled & finely diced or grated)
• 50g Raw Oatmeal
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
