7 things to try when building self confidence

Hey guys.. I hope you are all doing great! Here is another video about self confidence. I am sharing with you some tips which I have tried and they actually helped me improve my confidence.

Btw: it was a struggle filming this because there was so much noise from the street which you might hear in the video. I almost gave up 😩 but thank God i finished it.
