I guess you can not reach the last wave without using Arachno Tank.
it is impossible to defeat Buck bosses (in wave 7) if you use joker, stinger, morty, buck, sparky, gatlyn, and phoenix. they are weak for buck bosses...

Using Wally or Tower I often get the wave 8 fight, but can not pass that wave.

Finaly I find a way to use the powerfull weapon in Arachno tank.
Just create the bomb first and fight at close range. when you release the bomb it will create another "ready to use" bomb again. Just click the bomb several times to the enemy you are facing.
