Understanding corneal refraction. This video describes corneal power maps and their clinical applications. It highlights the importance and implementation of the TCRP map in calculating corneal refraction and predicting the assumed manifest refraction especially in keratoconus and irregular corneas. It shows also how to compare manifest refraction with corneal refraction to find out any disparity before proceeding with any refractive surgery.
