Gold Trails and Ghost Towns - Lightning Creek

Lightning Creek: Lightning Creek was one of the great gold creeks in the Cariboo. In the discovery years, one mining company took out 1,700 troy ounces of gold in three days (that's a total of 140 pounds of gold!). The deep channel of this creek has barely been touched and remains a lodestone for miners across the West.
