Ingredients:
100ml Soy Sauce
100ml Mirin
25ml Dashi
5ml Sake

Method:
1)Bring to boil and reduce by half

Umami Onion Sauce
Ingredients
100ml Nikkiri
1 Onion, Small dice and washed
50ml Rice Vinegar
50ml Sesame Oil
35g Sugar

Method:
1)Combine all Ingredients and mix well until sugar dissolves
