Lazy Acres Comes To Visit~ Last Sorghum Molasses~ Power Out!

What do you do when you are expecting guests and the power goes out!? Life on the ole homestead moves right along power or not. Thank goodness we had a lot of the food already prepared and the rest we could cook over the fire. Before night time on the second day it came on again.

We welcomed new friends and fellow You Tubers, Lazy Acres! What great people and great new friends.

The last of the sorghum was bitter sweet. It had been a long busy growing season and I sure miss seeing it in the field. Now we are enjoying the sorghum molasses that came from it.
