BMW e39 2001-2003 (facelift model) Halogen Headlight adjuster replace

These are BMW e39 facelift model halogen(non xenon) headlights
Sedan year 2001-2003
Touring year 2001-2004
This is the way I did.
And I don't want to say that this is the right way to do, there is lots of different methods and ways to do!!!
For example, I have another set of headlights, and have replaced adjusters without disassembling them,because I couldn't!!!! Someone before me had stick the lenses on silicone!!! But I managed to change them, was pain..... but I did.
