Turkey-Pakistan Ties Strengthen Amid Tensions With India | India Today

Turkish President Erdogan met with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Istanbul to strengthen bilateral cooperation. The meeting, which included Pakistan's army chief, focused on defence ties, economic cooperation, and tourism development. Turkey reportedly supplied nearly 400 drones to Pakistan during the India-Pakistan conflict, including Bayraktar TB2s, YIHA and Somgar units. Erdogan dismissed India's strikes as 'civilian martyrdom', reaffirming Turkey's support for Pakistan on Kashmir.
