Reply Declaration, Replying to a Responsive Declaration
This video will explain what a Reply Declaration is and how to reply to a Responsive Declaration. As of the date of recording and uploading this video, California Code of Civil Procedure section 1005 is the law regarding service deadlines for motions (such as a Notice of Motion, Request for Order or Order to Show Cause), responses to motions (such as a Responsive Declaration) and replies (aka a Reply Declaration).
