Sending Hugs with Rings of Love

I am featuring the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper (Sale-A-Bration item). I chose to use the Eden's Garden stamp set because I felt the images matched the paper. Even though it is not Watercolor Wednesday, I am showing you a watercolor technique on this card.
