I've slept in the van during hot weather more than 5 times now, this setup is fantastic so far, I set the Zero Breeze to sleep mode and it keeps the van cold; not cool, cold. I could set the unit to run colder but it's not necessary (I only run it at night for sleeping). Each night has consistently used 40% of my 300ah lithium battery, about what I expected, and easily recharged in a day with direct sunlight.
