Hello Everyone!
We are back with a New recipe of Dashain Style Khasi ko masu. Khashi ko masu is one of the most popular dishes during Dashain and Tihar in Nepal. Goat meat is also served during marriages, festivals and parties. Specially during the festival of Dashain, goat is slaughtered at every house and all the families eat goat meat for several days. Varieties of dishes are made from goat meat for example: Khasi ko Jhol masu, Khasi ko bhutan, Khasi ko pakku, Khasi ko sekuwa, etc. Goat meat is traditionally made by cooking in onion and tomato sauce and several spices are added to flavor it.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
2 onion medium
2 tomatoes medium
a handful coriander
2-3 green chilies
1 tbsp garlic & ginger paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
3 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 dry red chili
1 tsp whole cumin seeds
3 cardamom
3 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon sticks
½ tsp nutmeg powder

2 tbsp cooking oil
water as necessary
