Unexpected twists on the geopolitical chessboard. After more than a year’s delay, French Bastion armored vehicles have finally reached Ukraine. Their journey was far from straightforward — in 2023, the first shipment, instead of heading to the front, was diverted to Armenia, sparking heated debate about Paris’s true defense priorities.

Meanwhile, the U.S. is preparing a record $54.5 billion defense package, including a $3.5 billion contract for AMRAAM systems. If approved by Congress, this will be the largest boost since April 2024 — partially funded by frozen Russian assets and arms sales to Europe.
But the most shocking twist involves Mexican cartels. According to Intelligence Online, their operatives arrive in Ukraine under false identities not to fight, but to learn. Elite former GAFE special forces, linked to Los Zetas, are undergoing training in drone warfare units, with plans to apply these skills back home.
