In the first hours of the Air War of Operation Desert Storm, RAF Tornado crews launch dangerous low level attacks against Iraqi Airfields, aiming to knock out the Iraqi Air Force's ability to fight against coalition air forces. These low level attacks are high risk, as, unknown to coalition intelligence, overwhelming AA defends the airfields.
