New job as an emergency medicine physician assistant!

For this week’s episode I am going to talk about getting my new job and how I transitioned from my fellowship year into my new job.

First I really want to talk about the interview process, and what made it so instrumental in landing my new job. The process consisted of two interviews, one of which I only got because I had connections through the fellowship, I was working at this facility during my fellowship.

The interview process felt great, they were raving how I already had a year experience of a fellowship under my belt and how different that is from a new grad. I walked out of there feeling like I got the job.
