Chef Focus with Luke French, Jöro Restaurant

Here is Episode 9 in our Chef Focus series with Luke French, Jöro Restaurant in Sheffield. He demonstrates two complimentary dishes. The first dish is Tartare of salt aged Hereford beef, smoked butter, cep and Perigord truffle and the second Celeriac slowly cooked in beef fat, then barbecued, Lincolnshire Poacher, gherkin and crispy onions.
