I Built an AI Judge That Rates Other AIs

AlignArena is a local-first AI evaluation web app where users compare two anonymous AI-generated responses, vote by preference criteria, then reveal how a multi-agent AI judge scored the same pair.

The project is designed to make subjective evaluation, preference alignment, evaluator bias, RLHF tradeoffs, and model behavior feel playable instead of academic. Each round asks the user to make a judgment call, place a confidence bet, compare their choice against an AI judge, and build an alignment profile over time.
