dough ( Pak ) - 250 g
Oil. - 2 Soup Spoon
Water. - 125 ml or 1.25 DL or 125 g
Salt - 1 g
Oil ( high olec ) for deep fry
For Sanga baklep - extra need butter or cooking

I am Pema and this is my wife Lhamo. My wife and I are starting a new channel on YouTube and we have named it as Pema and Lhamo’s kitchen.
The whole idea and the motive of compiling the videos for this channel is to guide or provide assistance to the people who have passion for cooking.
I am a resident of canton Bern in Switzerland and have been living here for past 14 years.
I started my carrier in a restaurant’s kitchen initially with washing dishes but after a few years the doors of opportunities opened up and I could successfully complete my degree as a certified Cook.
With all the experience and knowledge that I gained in the past years of my carrier, I now want to start a channel to reach out to all the people who are looking for guidance or help with cooking.
