Nova cried afterwards, but I think she was just shocked. Teresa didn't cry at all. :) And we were surprised she even wanted to do it after watching sister cry. We got it done at Claire's at the mall. It wasn't planned at all, but we mentioned it and they said yes! Keep in mind that you'll have to put treatment on their ears for at least 6 weeks. I would recommend as much as you have. You also have to leave them in for 6 months. If you remove them before the 6 month mark they will close up. I would recommend taking them out at night after that, DO NOT let them sleep in them. It's not good for their ears and can lead to infections. I'm not an expert, this is just my experience. Also, I highly suggest using bribery for this, it really helped them be distracted from the pain. Even though they wanted to do it. Even adults need some motivation. Kids don't LACK motivation, they lack incentive!
