New details have been released about Saturday’s rescue of a U.S. service member whose fighter jet was shot down in Iran on Friday. The injured airman, a weapons systems officer, was shot down alongside the pilot of an F-15 jet. Following the crash, the airman climbed up a hillside and hid for nearly two days.
