Twisted Grip DEADLIFT Tutorial by Kristy Sellars

I've been asked a lot lately to do a tutorial on this move.
It's just one if the many ways to do a deadlift and I hope it helps if you are attempting this move.
*Online tutorials should not be used in place of a physical teacher who can spot you.
This move should not be attempted unless you are very comfortable with a regular twisted grip from the floor.
