Today on #CrackYourBible, we’re talking about in-law overload and dysfunctional Christian marriage. While some people have no problem spending their nights and weekends with their parents, your spouse needs your time and attention. Unfortunately, for some Christians, parents come before their spouse, and this is a recipe for disaster. God wants you to follow His plan for marriage, and that involves putting your spouse before any other person. Inspired by Evelyn and David from 90 Day Fiance.

*From the Bible we know that:*
• A man shall leave his family and he shall become one flesh with his wife. Genesis 2:24
• God commands fathers specifically to not exasperate their children. Ephesians 6:2-4
• Wives are to respect their husbands and husbands are to love their wives. Ephesians 5:31-33
• While we were still sinners, Christ died for us Romans 5:6-8
• You have to love God more than your family. Luke 14:26
• A house divided will not stand. Mark 3:24-25
