HEALTHIER GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD 🍌🍫

This banana bread makes the perfect sweet treat! Made with ripe bananas, gluten-free flour, and sweetened with coconut sugar, it’s a wholesome option for a craving. Plus, the addition of chocolate chips makes it extra soft and moist as they melt. Enjoy this easy-to-make, delicious, and flavorful banana bread!

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs (room temperature)
1/4 cup almond milk @elmhurst1925
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup grass-fed melted butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups gluten-free AP flour @bobsredmill
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (divided)

Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a loaf pan with avocado oil and set aside.

Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients: mashed bananas, eggs, almond milk, coconut sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Add Chocolate Chips:
Fold in 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips into the batter. Continue to mix until the chocolate chips are evenly distributed.

Transfer Batter:
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips on top of the batter.

Bake:
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:
Once baked, remove the banana bread from the oven.
Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice, serve, and enjoy your delicious banana bread!
