Pancakes are something so simple, but are also something you can easily spruce up into a beautiful 'special breakfast' platter. We'll briefly cover how to make pancakes, and then talk about how to plate them using fruit and toppings.

= Pancakes =
- 120g (1 cup or 4.2 oz) flour
- 120g (1 cup or 4.2oz) self-raising flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 375ml (1 1/2 cups or 12.6 oz) milk
- 2 eggs
