Composing was my first accomplishment in music. It was before I learned how to play any song. I composed right after I have learned a power chord. I don't know why, but I found a way to express myself through music, to speak the unspeakable. My joys, pains, and exhistencial issues are in my notes. "My strings, my veins".
"Reborn from the Storm" is about many things, pains, and questions. It's a scream among thousands of intern screams. It's a tour of emotional , physical, and mental strength. I think it's all me in search of evolution and solution. A lot of learnings came from this process: musical instrument techniques, and also in recording, video editing, and script ideation for the video. Many tasks and just a lonely mind. At certain point, I realized that I needed someone else, and I found Luzinho. He came with his heart on his lens, bringing solutions for the recording challenge. What a luck to have this partner around. Thank you, Luzinho! It wouldn't be like this without your presence. Thanks also to Tito for the awesome drone shooting.
Apart from that, it is worth saying that among the many anxieties from "Reborn from the Storm" there is a very peculiar one: the pandemic. It brings up a storm of questions on people's minds. Musicians, artists, producers, audio technicians and all the people involved in the artistic scene have been through an endless sea of ​​doubts. "Reborn from the Storm" is also about that.
