Craft Silicon launches contactless card
A Kenyan firm has pioneered a mobile app that turns any Near Field Communication-enabled smartphone into a secure point-of-sale device, the same technology that powers tap to pay cards. The app that mainly targets tourists and Kenyans in the Diaspora visiting the country allows direct cashless payment.
