The potential causes of your air conditioning blowing warm air are:

Of these issues being low or out of refrigerant is the most common problem. The system has a leak and over time, it leaks refrigerant out. The ac system works off pressure. This allows the system to be filled to the proper measurement. If there is a leak in the system the new Freon will leak out over time, causing warm air again. That is why most shops use an ultraviolet dye in the system to identify any leaks.

The leak(s) must be fixed to keep the new Freon from leaking out.
In the below picture you will see a Schrader valve. This is a common place to find a leak. Inspecting for the ultraviolet dye with a UV light will show leaks.
