Spearfishing Rhodes Greece - Dream fish is giving me Nightmares...

The Mediterranean has always been the place I struggle the most to spear fish and this trip was no exception. The one fish I am always after here is the Dentex. This trip I came face to face with my dream fish. I also encounter gold blotched grouper and the mysterious white grouper. What fish do you find most difficult to shoot?
