Melvyn B. Davies - Introduction to the DATA Theme

COMPUTE Winter Meeting 2018
COMPUTE is a research school at Lund University with a focus on scientific discovery
using computer simulations. COMPUTE holds a winter meeting every year,
each meeting having a particular theme. In 2018, the meeting combined a key note
talk on visualisation from Anders Ynnerman (Linköping) together with a series
of talks presenting the work of the DATA Theme. DATA is a project conducted at the Pufendorf
Institute of Advanced Studies, Lund University, during 2017-2018.

The COMPUTE Winter Meeting took place in Lundmarksalen, Astronomy Building,
Lund University on Friday 2 March, 2018.
