Butter Chicken using Shan
2lbs cubed chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger and garlic
Shan butter chicken masala as much as you want (I didn't add much as I didnt want it spicy)
Shan tandoori masala, (as much as you can handle)
I froze this for future meals
When you are ready to make the butter chicken you will need:
1 tbsp olive oil
Whipping cream, (depending on how much gravy you want)
4 tbsp cream (optional)
more butter chicken masala if you want to

Method:
Marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic, ginger and garlic, butter chicken masala and some tandoori masala, you can adjust the powders according to your taste, leave the marinade for about 1 hour or at this time you are welcome to freeze the chicken. In a sauce pan, add 1 tsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter, once that melts add the chicken package and cook it until its cooked, You are welcome to add more butter chicken masala powder in it, next add some heavy whipping cream, add as much as you want depending on how much gravy you want, next add the shan butter chicken masala in it as well, I also like to add the cream in it, make sure the mixture comes to a boil and your butter chicken is completely cooked.
Serve with your choice of naan and rice

kabobs:
2 lbs ground chicken
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp ginger and garlic
enough shan seekh kabob mixture so its not too spicy
Method:
Let the mixture rest in the fridge for about 1 hour
You are welcome to freeze the mixture, or you can put them on the skewer and freeze, or use it right away. Put the mixture on the skewer like I demonstrated on the video. In a pan, add very little oil and set the kabobs in it, turn it around once white they are done. Sprinkle with paprika powder, lemon pepper and dried parsley .
