Hamster Wheel DIY Tutorial - Cheap with Fidget Spinner

In Indonesia, big wheels are limited and mostly cost really expensive and most wooden wheel's in online shop has unknown material (no brand). I am not sure if anyone has done this before or not but, this was almost entirely my idea (and my dad a little bit). It's cost lower than Rp70.000 and very easy to adjust to the needs. Hope you guys like it!
