Improve Timing and Unity #shorts

As a dancer you’re being scored on timing AND team unity!👇🏻

➡️ Most choreography tells a story using music to help paint the picture. If your movements don’t match, the story gets lost and honestly, it’s hard to watch and judge.

➡️ As a team, there’s nothing more important than dancing as ONE unit, to have unity in your turn sets and every explosive is an impressive skill.

No one wants to be the dancer who sticks out like a sore thumb so if you or your team is struggling with this there are exercises to help improve stability and control so you can move quicker, sharper, and on time.

Try these exercises to help!

✨Hover Fire Hydrant

✨Dolphin Push Up

✨Lunge Row and Twist

Do each exercise for 45 seconds, 15 second break, and repeat two times more.

Use this plan to improve full body control, strength on both sides, and ease in combining skills like turns into leaps!
