Ribs on the Ranger (Smoking ribs on the Traeger Ranger!)

Recipe:
Rub the ribs in the morning before you cook (4-6 hours ahead, to allow the salt to work on the pork). Wrap back up in a plastic bag (grocery bags work well) and put in the fridge. About 30 minutes before you plan to put them on the smoker, take out of the fridge and let them start to warm up a bit. Then, cook at 260 degrees, for 3 hours. Apple pellets. No mop applied. Rub recipes:

Rub 1: Very salt forward, less spicy/heat, but great taste! Good for 1 large slab (4-5 lbs)
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Rub 2: More spicy, with some heat from the cayenne and paprika!
3 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Also, if you want you can put a light coat of BBQ sauce on the ribs at the 2.5 hr mark, and then again at the 2:50 mark (30 & 10 minutes before they are done). I've found Stubbs Hickory Bourbon is a perfect match, especially to Rub 1.
