The Dukes of Hazzard avoided the law and racked up some impressive ratings from 1979 until it’s final season in ‘85. This show was so successful partly because, although sure they’re trouble makers and bend the law at times, the show was a clean and funny ride that the entire family could partake in every Friday night.
