Resistance Band Workout / Grace Fit UK / 12 Minutes

This Resistance Band Workout is from the breathtaking Toe Head in West Cork!

I use a Grace Fit UK resistance band for this 12 minute glute, legs and lung burner.

There are six moves that you repeat twice for a total of 12 minutes. The resistance band stays on just over your knees for the entire workout.

It's 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest for each move!

The six resistance band moves are:

1. Squat Walks
2. Two Jacks and a Push Up
3. Glute Bridge Separators
4. Four Squat Jumps and a Bronco
5. Side Steps with Knee Up
6. Burpees

REPEAT
