Jewett Automation's Helios is an automated pleated air filter assembly system that assembles 1" and 2" two piece filters at a rate of 10 filters/minute. Only requiring one operator, the Helios utilizes a rotary dial indexer along with board feeders, glue coaters and a horizontal drying tunnel to achieve the perfect HVAC Air Filter.
