Bullet-Proof Cadillac Limo DOJ ordered for California Assignment

Thought I would share this one. Even as ugly and as bad as it looks, it has some history. Yes, I have a copy of the title registered to the State Department.Also have a copy of the DOJ DC original order. Retired in 1987 it went to the California Auto Museum in Sacramento. With less than 20,000 miles on it.
From what I was told, the museum displayed it until it was looking so bad, they parked it outback where it got much worse.
NOW the car will be SAVED and restored in Europe.
What I was told is that it was assigned to be available to Ronald Reagan and other possibly other political dignitaries that were to receive protection when on the road. Records indicate it was kept at a CHP facility until called for service. Yes, I have the CHP logbook. I am looking for some input on how to restore the windows. Anyone?
