Mexican Navy Ship Hits Brooklyn Bridge | Sailors Dangling, Dozens Injured

UPDATE — A dramatic scene unfolded in #NewYork as a #MexicanNavy tall sailing #ship collided with the #BrooklynBridge, injuring dozens.

New video shows sailors seen dangling from the ship’s topmasts during the collision. The vessel was carrying over 200 people during its ceremonial passage on the East River.

At least 34 people have been reported injured, some critically.
A mass casualty event was declared. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
