Every Thursday I select a new ingredient to prepoo my hair with (precondition the hair prior to shampoo) Having fine dry hair, it gets tangled and will break easy so doing this before I wash is essential for me. Ayurvedic Herbs are my go 2 They have seriously helped me throughout my 7 yr natural journey and will always be part of my hair care.

98% of the time I sleep in my prepoo mix and wash it out the next day with a shampoo or clay mask!
