Here's a simple way to manually balance your Mini 4WD stock build, however this method won't be 100% precise, due to its manually executed, in this video you can see that the wobbly wheels recovered to their most balanced rotation, the result can be maximize for a newly attach wheels.

This method preferably use for stock class race, expert class may use this method too with extra treatments.
